• “Platform” refers to the website JMDigital Australia Pty Ltd, including all services, digital tools, and content provided through it. This also includes client access portals and embedded third-party services.
• “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing, browsing, or interacting with the Platform in any capacity.
• “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to JMDigital Australia Pty Ltd, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorised representatives.
By using the Platform, the User agrees to comply with these Terms of Use. If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1 Permitted Use
The User may access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes, such as:
• Browsing content and information about our services
• Accessing and managing client accounts through the Client Portal, managed by Copilot
• Completing forms, subject to Tally’s Terms of Use
• Engaging with the Company through inquiries, purchases, or support requests
2.2 Prohibited Activities
The User must not:
• Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised activities using the Platform
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its systems, or User accounts
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security or functionality of the Platform
Violation of these terms may result in restricted access, termination of use, or legal action at the Company’s discretion.
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Client Portal – Managed by Copilot
The Client Portal available on the Platform is managed by Copilot. By accessing and using the Client Portal, the User agrees to Copilot’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which govern account management, security, and data handling. The Company does not assume responsibility for any issues related to Copilot’s services.
3.2 Forms and Data Submission – Managed by Tally
Forms submitted through the Platform are processed by Tally. The User acknowledges that form submissions are subject to Tally’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for data handling by Tally outside of our intended usage.
3.3 External Links and Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to external websites or third-party services. The Company does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, security, or privacy practices of these external services. Users are encouraged to review third-party terms before engaging with them.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership of Content
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and digital assets displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Content is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 User License
The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business-related purposes. This license does not permit the User to:
