Since Pronto AllPrint introduced its printing services approximately five years ago, it has differentiated between business and regular clients, though this distinction has brought up some management issues.

The Pronto AllPrint Store not only introduces a new source of revenue but also simplifies the process of producing custom clothing and merchandise. This not only facilitates the process for clients but also reduces the workload on graphic designers, enhancing efficiency.

Goals

  1. Clearly Distinguish between B2C and B2B Clients

In developing this website, our goal was to make a clear distinction between B2C and B2B clients. Our intention with launching this website, primarily targeted at consumers, is not to diminish B2B relationships. To accomplish this, we designed separate sections for businesses and consumers, ensuring that the site remains easy to navigate for all users.

  2. Integrate an Efficient Web-Based Design Tool

We aimed for more than just a simple "upload your design" feature. By integrating Zakeke, we leveraged its advanced online design capabilities, significantly simplifying the process for consumers. This tool also offers suggestions on image resolution and best practices for printing designs.

  3. Maintain a Local Feel in the Digital Space

We put in considerable effort to preserve a local ambiance throughout the user experience, ensuring that our website not only adopts a modern and user-friendly interface but also retains a sense of community and familiarity characteristic of local interactions.

Testimonial

I’m loving the new setup. The Zakeke tool has made design so much smoother and faster for consumers - the site makes the process straightforward for both us and our clients. Big thumbs up for making our jobs a lot easier!
- Andreia Peirer, Graphic Designer at Pronto AllPrint

Conclusion

The Pronto AllPrint Store project represents a significant step forward in the evolution of custom clothing and merchandise production. By effectively distinguishing between B2C and B2B clients and integrating a state-of-the-art web-based design tool, the store enhances user experience and operational efficiency. The successful implementation of these elements, combined with a concerted effort to maintain a local feel in a digital environment, positions Pronto AllPrint to capitalise on both new and existing market opportunities. As the project moves forward, it will continue to adapt and innovate, ensuring that it meets the dynamic needs of its diverse clientele while staying true to its roots in the community.
